120 – Are You in Pain? 3 Reasons to Walk for Wellness

In this unplugged episode of Anchors of Encouragement, I want to share 3 reasons why I step away from my day-to-day activities and go for a walk.

The simple act of walking can be a tremendous source of solace and strength. And I want to encourage you to walk for wellmess too.
